At Sunny Shine, we believe clear expectations make for a better experience. While we handle most residential cleaning needs with care and consistency, there are a few services that fall outside our standard scope.
Laundry: We don’t wash, dry, or fold clothes or linens.
Dishes: Dishwashing is not included in our standard cleaning services.
Professional Organizing: We don’t offer full professional organizing. However, Sunny does offer a pick-up and declutter add-on for clients who need a little extra help getting spaces ready to clean.
Grout & Tile Restoration: Standard grout cleaning is included, but deep staining or restoration-level work may require a specialist.
Heavy Lifting: We don’t move large furniture or appliances.
High-Reach Items: We avoid tasks that require tall ladders or unsafe elevated access.
Biohazards: We don’t clean bodily fluids or pet waste beyond standard toilet sanitizing.
Dust Resettlement: A small amount of dust may naturally settle after service.
